Adding an Attachment to an Activity
You can add different types of attachments to your activity, such as files, assets, documents, or links.
- 
                                                
From the sidebar navigation, go to > > Calendar or > Budget, and navigate to the activity you want to update.

Double-click on the activity to open its detailed view.
 - 
                                                
Go to the tab.
 -

The dialog box opens.
 - 
                                                
Choose your attachment method:

Ensure is selected in the dropdown.

Select the file: Drag-and-drop onto the upload area or click to browse your file system.

Optionally, add a Comment.
 - 
                                                                
Click Save.

Ensure is selected in the dropdown.

Select assets by clicking the plus
 icon. To select multiple assets, choose each desired asset. -

Attach a Document

Ensure is selected in the dropdown.

Hover over a document thumbnail to select it.
 - 
                                                                
Click the checkbox icon on the bottom right of the thumbnail. Select multiple documents as needed.

Click Use selected documents.

Add a Link

In the list, select .

Enter a Name for the link.
 - 
                                                                
In the field, enter a URL in the format
http(s)://www.example.com. - 
                                                                
Choose the for the link: same or new browser window.
 - 
                                                                
Click Save.

Your attachment has been successfully added to the activity.
